RECIPE: Goji Brownies

RECIPE: Goji Brownies

We found a healthier twist on traditional brownies. See if you like it.

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup coconut sugar
¼ cup melted dark chocolate
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour (any)
3 TBS goji berries bioOdlično
3 TBS cocoa nibs

½ teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:
1. Set oven at 180°C and line baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Mix together coconut oil, coconut sugar, melted chocolate, cocoa powder and salt. Make sure the ingredients are completely combined.
3. Add vanilla extract and eggs and mix again. Add flour slowly and mix until well incorporated. 
4. Gently add one TBS of goji berries and one TBS of cocoa nibs.
5. Spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining goji berries and cocoa nibs. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until edges separate from baking paper.
7. Sprinkle some salt on the baked bownies and let cool completely before serving.
